The Empowered Woman is all about connecting to your true self and cultivating the potential within. In this two part event, we will cover all of the phases of a true awakening and talk about the ways we can integrate our unstoppable feminine energy into everyday life.

Part 1 is recognizing the feminine energy within us. We cover the ways you may experience the awakening. Stronger beliefs, an intuitive need to care for yourself differently and the soft energy that we can lean into to find your inner strength. Nurturing the parts of yourself that have been quieted by society, and the hustle of our current society.

Part 2 is all about anchoring that energy within. We will cover the importance of sharing our voice while staying grounded and how to detach from external expectations. Our journey is unique as each of us are made of different experiences and perspectives.

This two part series will give you a sense of pride while you set out to be a more powerful and authentic version of yourself. We will discuss different ways to care for our energy along this journey to keep you in touch with that version of yourself you were meant to be, while finding the strength to share it with the world.
